Tenon Stack

Add AI to the systems your business already runs.

Ask questions of your own database in plain English. Turn supplier invoices and emails into entries in the system you already use. Automate the repetitive steps in between. We build on top of what you have, and we start read-only.

What we do

1. AI on your existing database, ERP and reports

Your numbers sit in SQL Server, MySQL, Access or an ERP, and every new question waits for the one person who knows how to ask it. We build a governed, read-only layer so your staff can ask questions in plain English and get answers they can check. The query is shown, sensitive columns are blocked, result sizes are limited, and every question is logged. See the offer.

2. Workflow automation with AI steps

Quote requests that arrive as messy emails. Orders that get re-typed. Forms that need to land in the CRM. We build the workflow, use AI only for the steps that need judgement (sorting, extracting, drafting), and keep a person in charge of anything that reaches a customer. See the offer.

How an engagement starts

Every project starts with a paid scoping sprint. You get a written scope, a proposed design, the risks, an effort estimate, a fixed price for each build milestone, and the acceptance tests we would both sign off against. After the sprint, work is sold as fixed-price milestones, not hours.

Who you deal with

Tenon Stack is run by Muhammad Haseeb, Founder, based in Pakistan (UTC+05:00). He is accountable for what Tenon Stack hands over and signs its contracts. Work is remote.

Background, stated carefully

Tenon Stack is a new company. We have no client logos or testimonials under this name yet, and we will not borrow any.

Our own demonstration project, in progress

We are building a public demo on Microsoft's open AdventureWorks sample database, so you can see how we work before you pay us. It is not a client project and it is not finished.

Ask the ERP, safely: in build. The safety core works and is tested on a SQLite copy of the sample: a catalog of tables with sensitive columns tagged, a query guard, a read-only executor, a row cap and an audit log. It has not been run on SQL Server. The plain-English question step is not built yet.

Frequently asked

Will it write to our database? No. Our builds start read-only. Where something has to change data, the change goes into a queue that a person approves.

Can you work on site? No. Work is remote.

Do you build websites, mobile apps or MVPs? No.
